The Otarkia Ecovillage will span 123,000 m², primarily situated on the scenic central hill of the estate. The development plans are fully approved, and the budget has been professionally evaluated by a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
At the heart of the project, the Otarkia Eco Village will include 10 eco-designed bungalows, a restaurant, seminar and training rooms, and dedicated wellness spaces for yoga, meditation, massage, sauna and local market..
An organic farm, already partially operational, will supply the eco village and community with bio finished products, supporting both local consumption and retail.
